4 weeks of progressive strength program with short conditioning at the end followed by a conditioning challenge on week 5.

Every TUESDAY at 7:15am UK time

You want to train, but not on your own? Perfect! Couple training is for you! Bring your partner or your friend and start your fitness journey together.

Sessions are tailored to both of your needs so you don't have to worry about about different goals or different fitness levels. 

Couple training is also good fun and tremendous motivation for each other. You can start your journey with no worries and good support on aside.
